Thank you

Dave and I want to send out a huge thanks to every who is supporting us and Billy with your prayers and well wishes. No one, though, managed a support campaign better than the team at Adrenaline/Revive, run by Amber. Amber had quick access to literarily thousands of dance studios being it was the end of their dance season. There were two competitions left - Las Vegas and Orlando. Amber provided writing paper, envelopes, markers, pens, etc. for dancers and their families to write words of encouragement, gratitude, healing and absolute LOVE.

At the end of the season (July/August?) two of Billy’s co-workers, Amber and Katlyn, and Jeremey (Billy’s boss) came to visit and brought with them all of the cards from the Las Vegas and Orlando shows. We were blown away! I read them to Billy every time I visit. I guess I read about 5 to 15 each time I visit. We have 13 more cards to read from the Orlando pile and we haven’t even started Las Vegas yet. As you might imagine so many write about his contagious smile, how he lights up the room when he walks in. The card that touched me the most was from a girl who wrote “Billy, you probably don’t rember me, but I wanted you know how much you inspire me.”

I also want to thank my sweet friend, ASL Buddy and Wonder-Twin , Laurel for the gift she sent that hangs over his bed. 🤟🏻
